The Lee Style is one of the oldest forms of Taoist training, and remained a family style passed down from generation to generation, until the 1930's when it was brought to the West. It is sometimes called the Yin and Yang Style as all the components of the Taoist Arts are in perfect balance with each other.
The Taoist Cultural Arts Association teaches the Lee Style as taught by Professor Chee Soo.
It is non profit making and aims to preserve and teach the Taoist Arts. One of the Association's projects is the reprinting of Chee Soo's books.
The association teaches different aspects of The Arts, including T'ai Chi Ch'uan, Traditional T'ai Chi weapons, Anmo massage with basic Traditional Chinese medicine theory, Taoist natural dietary therapy (Chang Ming), and Feng Shou kung fu. There are evening classes in many parts of Great Britain, as well as weekend classes and residential Easter and Summer courses.
Please visit the T.C.A.A. website for further details. It costs £ 30 per year to register with the Association or £ 100 for life membership.
