Location: Westways Primary School, Western Hall, Crookes
Time: Monday evenings 7.30 pm to 9 pm. Last class of summer term is 19th July 2010, start back 6th September 2010
Cost: £ 6 per lesson, £ 4 concessions.
What to wear : Loose, comfortable clothing
Those attending regularly will be asked to register with the Taoist Cultural Arts Association.

What is T'ai Chi?

T'ai Chi Ch'uan is a form of moving meditation from ancient China. Based on the principles of Taoist philosophy the exercises are slow and relaxed and generate 'Chi' or internal energy to promote health, long life and mental focus.
